You can call me first or your insurer first. Either way, report the damage to your insurance company as soon as you can, and take photos before you clean up. I can help you from the very first call.
Can you come out to my house?
Yes. I inspect every property in person, inside and out, using infrared thermography to find hidden moisture and damage. Book a time online, or call or text me.
Can you reopen an old claim?
Yes. If you've been underpaid or denied in the past, I can reassess your case and potentially uncover damages missed in the initial evaluation.
How long does the claims process take?
